Agreement and Incorporation of Other Policies This User Registration, Consent & Data Authorization Agreement (the “Registration Agreement”) governs the creation and use of a ImmigrationOnMe account and the collection, processing, analysis, and authorized disclosure of information submitted through ImmigrationOnMe. ImmigrationOnMe is a product and service operated by Nueve Technologies LLC (“Nueve Technologies,” “ImmigrationOnMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For purposes of this Registration Agreement, “Nueve Parties” means Nueve Technologies LLC, ImmigrationOnMe, and, solely in connection with their work for or relationship to Nueve Technologies, its current and former members, managers, owners and equity holders, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns. An independently engaged attorney, accredited representative, consultant, or other professional is not a Nueve Party merely because that person or organization is listed, matched, referred, or engaged through ImmigrationOnMe. This Registration Agreement supplements and is incorporated with the ImmigrationOnMe Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If a conflict exists, the more specific consent or legally required disclosure controls for the particular processing or disclosure at issue. By registering, you enter into a binding agreement with Nueve Technologies LLC. 2. Eligibility; Authority to Register and Submit Information You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. You may register for yourself or, only where lawful, for another person for whom you have legal authority to act. Immigration matters often contain information about spouses, children, relatives, employers, petitioners, beneficiaries, sponsors, witnesses, or other individuals. If you submit another person’s information, you represent that you are lawfully authorized to provide it for the case purpose. Do not upload another person’s confidential government, identity, or immigration records without lawful authority. 3. Account Registration, Accuracy, and Security You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it reasonably current, protect account credentials, and promptly notify ImmigrationOnMe of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions taken through your account to the extent permitted by law. ImmigrationOnMe may use identity, device, session, authentication, anti-fraud, and security information to protect accounts and investigate suspicious activity. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, immigration information, or legal obligations. 4. Sensitive Immigration and Identity Information Notice ImmigrationOnMe is designed to process highly sensitive identity and immigration information. Depending on what you submit, this may include names, dates of birth, addresses, passport information, visa information, A-numbers, USCIS receipt numbers, online account numbers, nationality or citizenship information, immigration status and history, entry/exit records, family relationships, marriage records, employment history, financial sponsorship information, photographs, signatures, declarations, government notices, case filings, and related records. Certain cases may also contain medical information, criminal-history information, domestic-violence or abuse allegations, trafficking information, sexual-assault information, religious information, political or persecution claims, or other highly sensitive facts. Submit only information reasonably relevant to the immigration matter or service you want ImmigrationOnMe to analyze. Do not upload passwords, authentication secrets, or unrelated confidential information. 5. Authorization to Collect, Store, Parse, Analyze, Reconcile, and Use Submitted Information By registering and using ImmigrationOnMe, you authorize Nueve Technologies and its approved service providers to collect, receive, host, copy, transmit, parse, extract, classify, normalize, compare, reconcile, organize, calculate from, summarize, and otherwise process the information and documents you provide as reasonably necessary to deliver the Services you request. This authorization includes using information across documents and related filings to build a case record, link receipts and notices, reconstruct filing and agency timelines, identify relationships, compare user statements with documents, identify missing or conflicting information, determine which official authorities may be relevant, generate case findings, produce action plans, and support customer service and security. The fact that ImmigrationOnMe is authorized to process information does not make every statement or model output a verified fact. ImmigrationOnMe may maintain provenance and verification states so user-reported, document-derived, calculated, professional- confirmed, and model-inferred information remain distinguishable. 6. Authorization for AI and Automated Processing You authorize ImmigrationOnMe to use artificial intelligence, machine learning, document intelligence, optical and visual document processing, deterministic software rules, calculations, retrieval systems, and automated decision-support tools to perform the Services. AI may be provided by Nueve Technologies or approved third-party providers acting as service providers. ImmigrationOnMe may route different tasks to different systems, compare results, use automated quality controls, or require additional review where appropriate. You understand that AI can make mistakes. AI-generated content is not independently authoritative merely because it was generated by a model. Material conclusions may depend on the completeness and currency of government records, applicable law and policy, procedural posture, and professional judgment. 7. Operational Service Providers and Subprocessors You authorize ImmigrationOnMe to disclose or make information available to vendors and subprocessors that perform services on our behalf, only to the extent reasonably necessary for the service they provide and subject to contractual, confidentiality, security, and legal requirements appropriate to the information involved. Operational providers may include cloud hosting, database, security, identity/authentication, communications, payment, document- processing, AI, analytics, customer-support, logging, fraud-prevention, and infrastructure providers. This operational authorization does not mean that ImmigrationOnMe may sell sensitive immigration case information to advertisers or disclose it to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. 8. Professional Matching and Limited Referral Authorization ImmigrationOnMe may offer matching or referral to independent immigration attorneys or Department of Justice accredited representatives where appropriate. You authorize ImmigrationOnMe to use your case data internally to determine potential professional fit when you request, enable, or use a professional-help feature. Before you select or engage a professional, ImmigrationOnMe should minimize information disclosed to potential professionals and may use a limited or deidentified case profile where practical. Identifiable government records, passport information, A-numbers, declarations, medical records, criminal records, abuse-related evidence, or other highly sensitive documents should not be disclosed to a professional merely because that professional appeared in a match result. When you affirmatively request a referral, consultation, assignment, or case collaboration, you authorize ImmigrationOnMe to disclose the information reasonably necessary to facilitate that request to the selected or approved professional. ImmigrationOnMe may present a separate case-specific sharing confirmation before transmitting especially sensitive records. 9. Professional Case Sharing; Attorney and Accredited Representative Controls ImmigrationOnMe itself is not a law firm. A professional displayed or matched through the platform must not be represented as authorized to practice immigration law merely because the person uses the platform. Where a professional is identified as an attorney or accredited representative, ImmigrationOnMe may use credential and authorization information to support matching, but the user remains responsible for deciding whether to engage that professional. Professional scope may differ by forum or accreditation status. Only after you request or approve a professional relationship may ImmigrationOnMe transmit the selected case information to that professional under your authorization. The professional’s engagement agreement, confidentiality obligations, and legal responsibilities are separate from this Registration Agreement. 10. No Government Authorization or Government Representation Registering for ImmigrationOnMe does not appoint Nueve Technologies as your attorney, accredited representative, agent before USCIS, EOIR, the Department of State, CBP, DOL, or any other government agency. It does not authorize ImmigrationOnMe to obtain confidential government records on your behalf unless a separate lawful authorization and supported integration expressly provides that capability. Any Form G-28, EOIR appearance form, power of attorney, representative designation, or other government authorization must be completed separately in the manner required by the applicable agency or forum. 11. User Content, Document Rights, and Processing License You retain ownership of documents and other content you lawfully provide. You grant Nueve Technologies a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transform, extract, analyze, display, transmit, create machine-readable representations from, and otherwise process your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Services in accordance with this agreement, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law. This license ends when the information is deleted from active systems except to the extent retention is required or permitted for backups, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, professional record obligations, or other legitimate purposes described in the Privacy Policy. 12. User Representations and Prohibited Submissions You represent and warrant that information and documents you provide are genuine and materially accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you own, control, or otherwise have sufficient legal authority to submit them and authorize the processing, analysis, storage, and disclosures you request. This representation applies especially when you submit information about another person, dependent, spouse, business, beneficiary, petitioner, employee, family member, or other third party. You must not knowingly upload forged, fabricated, unlawfully obtained, materially altered, or misleading records; impersonate another person; use stolen or unauthorized credentials; submit malicious files; or use ImmigrationOnMe to facilitate fraud, false statements, identity theft, unauthorized access, infringement, evasion of lawful process, or other unlawful conduct. When you instruct ImmigrationOnMe to share passports, A-numbers, receipt numbers, immigration filings, government notices, declarations, identity records, family information, credentials, or other materials with a professional, service provider, government agency, or other recipient, you represent that you have authority to give that instruction and that the disclosure is lawful. ImmigrationOnMe may rely on your direction unless we know or reasonably should know that the instruction is unauthorized or unlawful. ImmigrationOnMe may restrict or suspend access, preserve evidence, investigate suspicious activity, or make legally required reports when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Nueve Parties, third parties, the integrity of the Services, or compliance obligations. 13. Case Analysis, Evidence, Deadlines, and AI Limitations ImmigrationOnMe may identify facts, possible issues, timelines, deadlines, relationships, unknowns, and potential procedural paths. Outputs depend on the information available at the time of analysis. Government case status, policy, processing, jurisdiction, and deadlines can change after an analysis is generated. You remain responsible for reviewing material information and meeting filing, response, appeal, motion, interview, biometrics, court, consular, or other deadlines. ImmigrationOnMe does not guarantee that an uploaded notice, receipt, filing, online status record, or other document is complete or current. 14. No Attorney-Client Relationship Unless Separately Engaged Registration and platform use alone do not create an attorney-client relationship, legal-representation relationship, fiduciary relationship, or representative relationship with Nueve Technologies. ImmigrationOnMe does not independently authorize a non-lawyer consultant to provide legal advice. If you engage an independent attorney or authorized accredited representative, that relationship is governed by a separate engagement agreement. ImmigrationOnMe may facilitate communication or document transfer at your direction but does not become a party to the professional relationship unless expressly stated. 15. Confidentiality and Privilege Limitations ImmigrationOnMe treats user information as confidential under the Privacy Policy and security program. However, information you provide to ImmigrationOnMe is not automatically protected by attorney-client privilege, work-product protection, or another legal privilege merely because it concerns an immigration matter. If you later engage an attorney, communications directly with that attorney may be privileged under applicable law. Information shared with non-lawyer service providers or other third parties may not receive the same protection. Users with exceptionally sensitive matters should consider professional legal advice before broadly sharing case information. 16. Communications, Electronic Records, and Electronic Signatures You consent to receive account, security, case, document-processing, professional-referral, billing, deadline, and legally required notices electronically at the contact information associated with your account. Promotional messages, where used, should be subject to separate choices when required. You agree that electronic acceptance, signatures, records, notices, and transaction histories may satisfy writing and signature requirements to the extent permitted by law. ImmigrationOnMe may maintain electronic evidence of acceptance, consent, document sharing, and professional-referral actions. 17. Data Minimization, Deidentification, Analytics, and Product Improvement ImmigrationOnMe may create aggregated, statistical, or deidentified information for security, reliability, analytics, quality assurance, research, benchmarking, and product improvement when the information is not reasonably linkable to you. ImmigrationOnMe should use reasonable measures to prevent reidentification and should not attempt to reidentify deidentified data except for legitimate testing of deidentification controls or as permitted by law. ImmigrationOnMe does not authorize customer immigration documents or sensitive case information to be used to train general-purpose public AI models unless that use is separately disclosed and any required consent is obtained. Provider settings and contracts should be configured consistently with this commitment. 18. Security, Incident Response, and No Absolute Security Guarantee ImmigrationOnMe uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for sensitive identity and immigration data, which may include encryption, access controls, multi-factor authentication, logging, monitoring, secure backups, vulnerability management, employee controls, and vendor oversight. No system can guarantee absolute security. You agree to use reasonable account-security practices and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. ImmigrationOnMe may take protective actions, including session revocation, credential reset, temporary restriction, investigation, or legally required notifications. 19. User Choices, Consent Withdrawal, and Effect of Revocation You may withdraw optional consents through available controls or by contacting ImmigrationOnMe. Withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate processing or disclosures lawfully performed before withdrawal and may not require deletion where retention is legally permitted or required. Some processing is necessary to provide the Services. If you withdraw authorization for processing that is essential to the product you are using, ImmigrationOnMe may be unable to continue that feature or may need to close or restrict the affected case or account. Optional professional-sharing or marketing permissions must be separately revocable without terminating unrelated core functionality unless the requested service cannot be performed without the applicable disclosure. 20. Data Retention, Account Closure, and Deletion ImmigrationOnMe retains information as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable retention schedule. You may request account closure or deletion of eligible information. Certain records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, consent evidence, backups, professional obligations, or enforcement of agreements. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from encrypted backups that expire according to established retention cycles. 21. Government, Legal, Safety, and Fraud-Prevention Disclosures ImmigrationOnMe may preserve or disclose information when required by valid legal process, applicable law, court order, subpoena, regulatory obligation, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Nueve Technologies, its service providers, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful conduct. Where legally permitted and appropriate, ImmigrationOnMe may notify affected users. Because immigration cases may contain especially sensitive personal information, Nueve Technologies should apply heightened internal access controls and data minimization to such records consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. 22. Fees, Professional Charges, and Third-Party Services Some ImmigrationOnMe services may require payment. Fees, subscriptions, renewals, and refund rules are governed by the Terms of Service and purchase disclosures. Independent professionals may charge separate fees under separate agreements. ImmigrationOnMe may integrate third-party services and may facilitate contact with independent professionals. Except where a third party is acting as Nueve Technologies' contracted service provider within the scope of that engagement, Nueve Technologies does not control and is not responsible for the third party's independent products, advice, professional judgment, government filing decisions, privacy practices, availability, or acts or omissions, subject to applicable law. Your decision to engage an independent attorney, accredited representative, consultant, or other professional creates a separate relationship between you and that professional. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, Nueve Technologies is not a party to that professional engagement and does not assume the professional's duties. 23. Intellectual Property and Platform Rights ImmigrationOnMe, its software, workflows, prompts, models, orchestration logic, interfaces, brand, case-analysis methods, and platform content are owned by or licensed to Nueve Technologies. Your rights in your own documents are not transferred by this provision. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, circumvent, or exploit protected platform functionality except as permitted by law. 24. Disclaimers; No Guarantee of Immigration or Government Outcome TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” NUEVE TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY IMMIGRATION MATTER. ImmigrationOnMe does not guarantee filing acceptance, receipt issuance, prima facie determination, RFE outcome, interview result, petition or application approval, visa issuance, status adjustment, naturalization, waiver, motion, appeal, court result, government processing time, or any other immigration outcome. Government agencies, courts, consulates, and independent professionals control their own decisions and actions. 25. Limitation of Liability; Release; Indemnification TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE NUEVE PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, MULTIPLE, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOST BUSINESS; LOST OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; LOSS OF GOODWILL; COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE NUEVE PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES CAUSED SOLELY BY (A) INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OUTDATED, ALTERED, FRAUDULENT, OR UNAUTHORIZED INFORMATION OR DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY; (B) YOUR FAILURE TO REVIEW, CORRECT, FILE, PAY, RESPOND, APPEAL, APPEAR, OR OTHERWISE ACT BY AN APPLICABLE DEADLINE; (C) GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, COURTS, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, PAYMENT PROCESSORS, AI PROVIDERS, CLOUD PROVIDERS, OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES ACTING OUTSIDE NUEVE TECHNOLOGIES' REASONABLE CONTROL; OR (D) THE INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT, ADVICE, REPRESENTATION, FILING, OR OMISSION OF A PROFESSIONAL YOU CHOOSE TO ENGAGE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ALL NUEVE PARTIES, COLLECTIVELY, FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THIS REGISTRATION AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO IMMIGRATIONONME FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) US$100. You release the Nueve Parties from claims arising solely from the independent acts or omissions of a attorney, accredited representative, consultant, or other professional, government agency, or third-party provider that you choose to engage, authorize, or use in connection with the Services, except to the extent the claim is legally attributable to a Nueve Party and cannot lawfully be released. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Nueve Parties from and against third- party claims, demands, actions, investigations, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to: (a) your unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of the Services; (b) your material breach of this Registration Agreement, the Terms of Service, or another agreement governing your use of ImmigrationOnMe; (c) passports, A-numbers, receipt numbers, immigration filings, government notices, declarations, identity records, family information, credentials, or other materials that you submit, direct us to process, or direct us to share without sufficient legal authority; (d) your infringement, misappropriation, or violation of another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, publicity, contractual, or other rights; (e) false, materially inaccurate, misleading, forged, altered, or fraudulent information you knowingly or recklessly provide; (f) your violation of applicable law; (g) your instructions to transmit information or documents where the claim arises from your lack of authority to give that instruction; or (h) a dispute between you and an independently engaged attorney, accredited representative, consultant, or other professional to the extent the dispute arises from that party's independent acts or omissions rather than conduct legally attributable to a Nueve Party. Nueve Technologies may, at its option, assume control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation. You may not settle an indemnified claim in a manner that admits wrongdoing by, imposes obligations on, or restricts the rights of a Nueve Party without Nueve Technologies' prior written consent. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability or requires indemnification to the extent prohibited by applicable law. The limitations and indemnity do not apply to the extent a final, non-appealable determination establishes fraud, willful misconduct, or another non- waivable violation by the particular Nueve Party against whom the claim is asserted. 26. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Class-Action Waiver, Governing Law, Changes, and Miscellaneous PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS HOW DISPUTES MAY BE RESOLVED AND APPLIES TO CLAIMS INVOLVING NUEVE TECHNOLOGIES AND THE OTHER NUEVE PARTIES. Before filing a formal claim, you and Nueve Technologies agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice describing the dispute, relevant account information, and requested relief is sent to legal@immigrationonme.com. Except for claims eligible for small claims court, claims seeking temporary or emergency injunctive relief relating to security, misuse, confidentiality, or intellectual property, and matters that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated, disputes arising from or relating to this Registration Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Services, or your relationship with any Nueve Party will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision. YOU AND THE NUEVE PARTIES AGREE THAT CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, COLLECTIVE, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. You may opt out of the arbitration and class-action waiver by sending written notice to legal@immigrationonme.com within 30 days after first accepting the version of this Registration Agreement containing this arbitration provision. Your notice must identify your account and clearly state that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the Services. This Registration Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or another jurisdiction's mandatory law applies. For disputes that are not subject to arbitration and are not properly brought in small claims court, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts of competent jurisdiction located in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. ImmigrationOnMe is a product and service of Nueve Technologies LLC and is not, by itself, a separate legal entity. Except where a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, contractual obligations relating to the Services are obligations of Nueve Technologies LLC and not personal obligations of any member, manager, owner, equity holder, officer, director, employee, contractor, or agent solely because of that person's relationship to Nueve Technologies. The Nueve Parties are intended third-party beneficiaries of, and may enforce, provisions of this Registration Agreement that expressly protect or benefit them, including disclaimers, releases, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute-resolution provisions, user representations, and restrictions on misuse. Nueve Technologies may update this Registration Agreement as the Services, law, or data practices change. Material changes will receive notice where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law; a new affirmative acceptance will be obtained where required. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary without invalidating the remainder. 27. Registration Acknowledgments When you create an ImmigrationOnMe account, each acknowledgment is recorded separately. Required permissions and optional choices are not combined into one checkbox. Required acknowledgments • Agreement bundle. I agree to the ImmigrationOnMe Registration Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. • Core data processing. I understand approved service providers may process limited information on ImmigrationOnMe’s behalf to operate and secure the service. Optional acknowledgments • Professional matching. I want ImmigrationOnMe to use my case profile to identify potential authorized immigration professionals when I request professional help. • Marketing. I agree to receive optional marketing communications. Case-specific confirmations (not collected at registration) Professional case sharing and sensitive document sharing require a separate confirmation when you request professional help on a specific case. Those confirmations are recorded with the selected professional, the case, and the documents in scope. 28. Electronic Acceptance By selecting the required acceptance controls presented at registration and creating your account, you electronically sign and agree to this Registration, Consent & Data Authorization Agreement, the applicable Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge the separate permissions or choices you affirmatively select during registration or later in your account. ImmigrationOnMe records electronic evidence of that signature, including the account holder name and email, the agreement version, the acceptance timestamp, IP/device/session evidence as permitted by law and security policy, and a consent receipt ID.
