Scope This Privacy Policy explains how ImmigrationOnMe, a product and service operated by Nueve Technologies LLC ("Nueve Technologies," "ImmigrationOnMe," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information collected through immigrationonme.com and related ImmigrationOnMe case-analysis, document, AI, communication, payment, and professional-referral services. Nueve Technologies LLC is the legal operator responsible for the platform privacy commitments described in this Policy, subject to applicable law. ImmigrationOnMe is not a separate legal entity. References in this Policy to Nueve Technologies may include personnel, affiliates, contractors, and service providers acting on Nueve Technologies' behalf and under applicable contractual or legal duties. A member, manager, owner, equity holder, officer, director, employee, or contractor does not become a separate controller or personally assume Nueve Technologies' contractual obligations merely because of that person's role, except where applicable law provides otherwise. This Policy should be read together with the ImmigrationOnMe Terms of Service and User Registration, Consent & Data Authorization Agreement. Those agreements contain contractual disclaimers, releases, limitations of liability, dispute- resolution terms, and protections for Nueve Technologies and related parties. Nothing in those agreements or this Policy limits privacy, security, consumer, immigration-confidentiality, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited. 2. Technical information • IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP, logs, session events, security events, diagnostics, cookies, and feature usage. 3. Sensitive Immigration and Identity Information Immigration records can contain highly sensitive personal information, including passport numbers, alien registration numbers, receipt numbers, dates of birth, addresses, family information, nationality or citizenship information, financial information, employment history, government identifiers, photographs, signatures, and other facts that may be sensitive under applicable law. Depending on what a user voluntarily provides, documents may also contain health, criminal-history, religious, political, or other highly sensitive information relevant to an immigration matter. We seek to collect and process only information reasonably necessary for the Services and the case purposes selected by the user. Do not upload unrelated sensitive information merely because the platform permits document uploads. 4. Sources • Directly from you. • From documents, screenshots, images, and records you upload. • From professionals you authorize to participate in your case. • From service providers supporting authentication, payments, communications, security, or document processing. • From public official sources such as USCIS, DHS, EOIR, DOS, CBP, DOL, statutes, regulations, policy materials, or other government information used to ground analysis. 5. How We Use Information • Provide and maintain your account and case workspace. • Extract, classify, organize, and reconcile information from immigration documents. • Build timelines, relationships among filings and notices, evidence positions, and current case posture. • Identify possible deadlines, evidence gaps, conflicts, and next actions. • Retrieve relevant official immigration sources and agency guidance. • Generate AI-assisted explanations, questions, summaries, drafts, and case guidance. • Connect you with qualified professionals if you request matching or referral. • Process payments and subscriptions. • Communicate about case updates, document processing, security, deadlines, billing, and support. • Prevent fraud, abuse, identity theft, and security incidents. • Debug, test, monitor, and improve reliability and safety. • Comply with applicable law and legal process. • Create aggregated or deidentified analytics that do not reasonably identify you. 6. AI and Automated Processing ImmigrationOnMe may use AI systems to extract information, classify documents, link related records, reconstruct events, identify material information gaps, retrieve official sources, generate candidate findings, draft explanations or correspondence, and plan next actions. We seek to provide AI providers only the information reasonably necessary for their assigned task and to use appropriate business or API services for confidential information. ImmigrationOnMe does not authorize customer immigration documents or sensitive case information to be used to train general-purpose public AI models unless we separately disclose that use and obtain any consent required by law. Deidentified or aggregated information may be used for quality, safety, testing, and product improvement when it cannot reasonably be linked back to you. 7. Legal Privilege and Confidentiality Information you provide to ImmigrationOnMe is treated as confidential in accordance with this Policy and our security practices, but use of ImmigrationOnMe itself does not create attorney-client privilege. If you separately engage an attorney through or outside the platform, communications with that attorney may be subject to attorney-client privilege under applicable law and the professional's engagement terms. Communications with non-lawyer service providers may not receive the same legal protections. 8. How We Disclose Information • Service providers and processors that host, secure, authenticate, analyze, transmit, or support the Services. • Payment processors. • Attorneys, accredited representatives, or other participating professionals when you request or authorize a referral, engagement, or case collaboration. • Government authorities, courts, regulators, or law enforcement when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. • A successor organization in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale, subject to appropriate legal and confidentiality requirements. • Other parties when you direct us or provide valid consent. 9. No Sale of Immigration Case Information ImmigrationOnMe does not sell customer immigration documents, passport numbers, alien registration numbers, receipt numbers, case histories, declarations, or other sensitive case information to advertisers or data brokers. We do not use sensitive immigration case information for targeted advertising. If our practices materially change, we will provide any notice or choice required by law. 10. Cookies and Analytics We may use necessary cookies and similar technologies for login, security, fraud prevention, preferences, performance, and analytics. We seek consent for non-essential technologies where required. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality. 11. Professional Referrals When you request professional help, we may use case information to identify potential authorized professionals and may disclose a limited case summary or other information reasonably necessary to facilitate the requested service. We seek to minimize disclosure before you select or engage a professional and may require a separate case-specific authorization before transmitting especially sensitive records. Participating attorneys, accredited representatives, and other professionals are generally independent from Nueve Technologies. Once information is transmitted to a professional at your direction, that professional may have independent legal, ethical, confidentiality, privilege, privacy, and record-retention obligations. ImmigrationOnMe may impose contractual safeguards, but we do not control every independent use or retention decision of a separately engaged professional. You should review the professional's engagement and privacy terms where applicable. 12. Security We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Depending on the system and data involved, safeguards may include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based or least-privilege access controls, multi-factor authentication, logging, security monitoring, vulnerability management, backup controls, employee and contractor confidentiality controls, incident response, and vendor-security requirements. No security program can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using reasonable account-security practices, including protecting credentials and devices. If you believe your ImmigrationOnMe account or information has been compromised, contact security@immigrationonme.com promptly. We may take protective actions such as revoking sessions, resetting credentials, restricting access, investigating suspicious activity, preserving evidence, or providing legally required notifications. 13. Data Retention We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain requested case history, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention depends on data type, case status, product configuration, and applicable law. We seek to delete or deidentify sensitive information that is no longer needed and may retain limited records where necessary for security, legal, or professional obligations. 14. Account Closure and Deletion You may request account closure or deletion through available controls or by contacting privacy@immigrationonme.com. Eligible information will be deleted or deidentified subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, professional-record, backup, and dispute-resolution requirements. Secure backup copies may remain until the applicable retention cycle expires. 15. U.S. State Privacy Rights Depending on your state of residence and whether the applicable law covers ImmigrationOnMe, you may have rights to access or confirm processing, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data and to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. We will honor applicable rights and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising them. 16. Texas Privacy Rights For Texas residents, to the extent the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, you may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain portable data, and opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or qualifying profiling. Where required, we obtain consent before processing sensitive data and provide a process to appeal certain denied requests. 17. California and Other State Rights Residents of California and other states may have additional rights if applicable law covers ImmigrationOnMe, including rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, or appeal certain decisions. We will provide state-specific notices or controls when required. 18. Requests and Appeals Submit requests to privacy@immigrationonme.com or through available account controls. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may act where permitted by law and subject to verification. If applicable law provides an appeal right, a denial response will explain how to appeal. 19. Children and Family Information ImmigrationOnMe is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Immigration cases may contain information about children and family members. A user should provide such information only where lawful and relevant to the case. Where law requires parental or guardian consent for direct collection from a child, we will obtain it or refrain from collecting the information. 20. International Processing ImmigrationOnMe primarily supports U.S. immigration matters, but users and documents may originate worldwide. Information may be processed in the United States and, where permitted, other jurisdictions in which approved service providers operate. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards for international transfers. 21. Government and Legal Requests We may preserve, access, or disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is required by valid legal process, applicable law, regulation, court order, subpoena, agency demand, or other binding governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Nueve Technologies, the Nueve Technologies platform, service providers, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, identity theft, unlawful conduct, or imminent harm. Because immigration records may involve heightened confidentiality or statutory protections in some contexts, we seek to apply applicable disclosure restrictions to information in our possession. Where legally permitted and appropriate, we may seek to narrow requests, verify their validity, or notify affected users. Nothing in this section creates an obligation to challenge a lawful request or to disclose information when disclosure is prohibited by law. 22. Changes We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, vendors, or the Services. We will post the revised version and update the Last Updated date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. 23.
